Information we collect
When you send a project inquiry, we receive the information you enter: first and last name, email address, display size needed, company, product application, phone or WhatsApp number, cover direction, display requirements, and your contact-permission choice. Some fields are optional. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential technical material unless it is needed for your inquiry. Our hosting and website systems may also record IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, time of access, and technical or security events.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to receive and respond to your request, assess display requirements, discuss feasibility and configuration, communicate about a potential or active project, and maintain a record of related correspondence. We use technical logs to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the website. We do not use an inquiry submission as consent to unrelated marketing. Processing may be based on your request, the contact permission you give with the form, our legitimate interest in operating a secure business website, and applicable legal obligations, depending on the law that applies to you.
Service providers and sharing
The website runs on WordPress hosted by Hostinger. Fluent Forms processes and stores inquiry submissions in the website system; notification emails are sent to our sales mailbox through the configured mail service. Google Workspace handles email for sales@bintuglobal.com. Cloudflare currently provides DNS for bintuglobal.com; it does not receive the contents of inquiry fields through that DNS role. We share information with these providers only as needed for hosting, form processing, email delivery, support, or security, and with professional advisers or authorities when legally required. We do not sell inquiry information.
International processing and transfers
Visitors may contact us from different countries, and our company and service providers may process information outside the country where a visitor lives. Hosting and email providers may use infrastructure or support teams in multiple locations. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we will use the safeguards available for the relevant service and respond to requests for further information at sales@bintuglobal.com.
Retention
We keep inquiry submissions and related email correspondence for 24 months after the last business interaction. Data needed for an active project, dispute, or legal obligation may be kept longer where necessary, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Technical logs are retained under the relevant hosting and security settings for the period needed for operations and security.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry by emailing sales@bintuglobal.com. You may also object to or request restriction of certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some records may be retained when required by law or needed to handle a continuing project or dispute. If your local law gives you a right to complain to a supervisory authority, you may exercise that right.
Cookies and technical logs
The website and WordPress may use cookies or similar browser storage needed for site operation, security, administrator login, and form functionality. Hosting systems may keep access and error logs, including IP address and browser data, to operate and protect the site. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools are used.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date below will be updated when a revised policy takes effect.
